Regions A, B, & J Leadership Summit

The 2015 Regions A, B, and J Leadership Summit will be hosted by Region J in Boise, ID,
August 14-16, 2015.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Society issues prior to the Society conference, brainstorm mega issues, and give the west coast regions a chance to network in a casual setting. The agenda will also include professional development and training presentations.

Note: Breakfast will not be provided in the meeting rooms. Hot tea, coffee, and water will be provided throughout the day. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Should you require breakfast or additional snack, please plan to eat the hotel breakfast or bring your own items.
Arriving By Air
The airport code for Boise is BOI. The Boise Airport website can be found here.
The hotel offers a 24 hour complimentary shuttle to and from the Boise Airport via a joint cooperative with other hotels. Just hop on one of the free green and red Boise Shuttle Service vans at the airport and tell them you are going to the Holiday Inn Express on Parkcenter Blvd. Shuttles leave from the hotel to the airport every :05 and :35 after the hour. Taxi service from the airport to the hotel should cost under $15. It is less than 4 miles from the airport terminal to the conference hotel.
Arriving By Car
From I-84 take Exit 54 (Broadway Ave.)
Head north on Broadway (left if traveling east from Oregon, right if traveling west from Utah)
Travel approximately two miles north on Broadway to Beacon St (Albertson's Market on left)
Turn right onto Beacon and travel approximately 0.3 miles to end at Parkcenter Blvd.
Turn right onto Parkcenter and Holiday Inn Express will be very close on the right.
Transportation in Boise
The conference hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Boise. Please check with the front desk for availability.
Parking at the hotel is free. There is plenty of free on-street parking near the Boise State University Student Union Building (SUB) on summer weekends. Downtown on-street parking is free between 6pm Friday and 6am Monday, but may be difficult to find on Saturday night. Downtown parking garages are inexpensive (first hour free, $5 all day on weekends unless there is a special event.) Additional parking garage information can be found here.
